REPLACEMENT HOT TUB COVERS

These replacement covers are manufactured from high quality grain-effect waterproof vinyl and tapered to allow for rain run-off.

Replacement covers are supplied with:

a choice of 8 colours of vinyl.replacement hot tub cover edge retail

a rigid, polystyrene, heavy-density (2.1 lb)  foam in-fill board. This is very heavy density foam providing excellent insulation qualities. Please be aware that it is the density of the foam that provides the insulation.  This is far more important that the thickness of the cover.

a 2.5mm polythene cover surrounding the foam permanently sealed to ensure complete waterproofing.

4" - 3" (100mm - 75mm) taper to guarantee adequate rain run-off and prevent sagging.

return skirt manufactured to the length of the original cover skirt, or longer if required.

vinyl fabric tie-down straps and child-proof lockable buckles, manufactured to the same length and in the same position as the original cover.

Please note that covers are hinged in the centre of the longest length.

How to Measure the Radius of Corners (D)

Using 2 rulers, extend two imaginary lines from the break in the curve of the spa (point X) until they meet at an imaginary point Y. Determine the measurement from point X to point Y. This will be the radius of your corner.

2. Enter the dimensions of your cover in mm. 

Width (A) =  mm    Length (B) =    mm

Length of Cut Corner (C) =  mm

Radius of Corners (D) =  mm

[If you do not have a cover to measure from, then you must measure all the outside dimensions of the spa. The cover has a flap around the edges of the spa called a skirt. The skirt must easily sit over the edges of the spa, with a little room to spare.]

5. Enter the number, length and position of the tie-down straps. Please measure from the bottom of the cover skirt to the centre of the buckle.

Number of straps on each side of the cover =    Strap length =  mm

If you have two straps, please specify the distance of the centre of the straps from the centre of the side of the cover.

Offset of straps from centre of cover =  mm

Straps will be applied to shortest sides of the cover unless otherwise requested.  If only one strap is requested it will be placed central to the side of the cover.

6. Finally, you will be asked for the make and model of your hot tub during checkout.  If you can supply this information it will act as a cross-check for the dimensions that you have entered.  If any of your dimensions look unusual we will contact you before your cover is made to confirm that you have given us the correct measurements.
